After an intense workout, I headed off to Manhattan to spend some time with family and celebrate my youngest sister’s graduation from Cosmetology School. And plus got some face time with little Wilson.

What I love about driving into Manhattan is the fact that you drive through the beautiful, green Flint Hills. I will never get tired of seeing this.
